This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a consultation, or use our services, what information we handle on behalf of our clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you are a customer or lead of one of our business clients, we usually process your information on that client’s behalf and under that client’s instructions, as described in section 2 below.

1. Information we collect from clients and website visitors

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use our website, and information from tools you connect.

  • Contact and business information: name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, website address, and services offered.

  • Form and booking information: information submitted through contact, consultation request, and booking forms, including your message and preferred times.
  • Communications: messages, emails, calls, and meeting notes when you contact us, request support, or take part in onboarding and check-ins.
  • Connected account information: information from websites, Google Business Profiles, calendars, and social accounts you authorize us to access in order to deliver the services.

We use this information only to provide the services to that client, unless the law requires otherwise. We do not use one client’s lead or customer information for another client, and we do not sell it.
